All Saints Church is a beautiful Georgian

church, situated in Pilgrim Street,

Newcastle, with a fantastic view over the

Tyne towards the Sage. Neglected for many

years, it has recently been restored. The

churchyard similarly has been neglected,

but retains its beauty - many of its grave-

stones are still readable and bear the names

of many early merchants and tradesmen of

Newcastle. I have been photographing

stones here for several years, some of my

photos are in my online album, with tran-

scriptions and comments under the photos.
